An exciting development of 23 apartments and townhouses in the heart of Ancoats, Manchester’s most dynamic and developing area.

Astley Green - Astley - Help to buy

Astley Green is located in Astley village, some 12 miles due West of Manchester city centre, and offers three and four bedroom homes in eight different designs and finishes. This gives the entire development a settled and well established feel, with different types of facades and layouts creating the sense of a living community that has evolved naturally over time. The show-home opens on 25.07.15. With prices from £270,000 (£216,000 with Help to Buy) for the 4 bedroomed house you can see that these homes cost more per square foot than many comparable homes for sale in this area - even those that are much closer to the city centre. In our opinion there are better deals available elsewhere.
