Wine tasting event to be held for Bolton homebuyers

A housing developer is hosting a wine tasting event on Sunday for homeseekers in Bolton.

Redrow, which is currently restoring an 18th-century bleach works in the town, is celebrating the creation of Arcon Village in Horwich, which comprises 140 new flats, townhouses and mews-style cottages.

It will take place at the Greater Manchester property development on February 17th from 13:00 GMT to 16:00 GMT and a wine expert will be with there with an array of different wines.

Lesley Myers, area sales manager for Redrow, said: "The wine tasting gives potential buyers not only the chance to have a look at the available homes at beautiful Arcon Village [...] but also lets buyers find out more about our exciting new project, Duo."

Duo, which apparently sets "new standards for single storey living", is aimed at first-time buyers, starter families and young professionals.

"Our two developments in Horwich have something for everyone," Ms Myers added.

Once completed, each home at Arcorn Village will come with a ten-year Buildmark warranty.
