Veteran property developer wades in

An experienced property consultant has been appointed as a director at Colliers CRE.
Rupert Barron will take up a position at the commercial property agents' office in Manchester, following his recent redundancy.
He brings with him years of experience as a director at DTZ Manchester, which saw him oversee its merger with Donaldsons.
Mr Barron also has also occupied senior roles at property consultant Knight Frank, as well as Chesterton.
Colliers CRE Group is a leading property consultancy with 20 separate offices located across the country.
The organisation specialises in areas such as property valuation, management and building consultancy.
Services are provided to both UK and overseas clients by its various specialists in sectors such as offices, hotels and other forms of commercial property.
The Manchester office currently deals with clients in a number of sectors, including retail, industry and logistics, leisure and residential buildings.
