The attraction of Spinningfields highlighted

The commercial Manchester property development at Spinningfields is making a "significant contribution" to the city's economy, according to Stuart Lyell, development director at Allied London, the firm behind the project.
In comments to Crain's Manchester Business magazine, Mr Lyell also suggested the firms that have established bases at the city centre commercial district have plans to stay for the long term.
"What Spinningfields has done is allow the city to retain its major occupiers as well as attract new business," he told the publication.
"Every building so far has been pre-let before construction or on practical completion, and the demand has been incredible."
Mr Lyell also stated that the development stands as one of the UK's most ambitious urban regeneration projects.
Heather Small, lead singer of popular 90s band M-People, was among the star guests who performed when the £1.5 billion Spinningfields was opened in 2007.
