South Manchester a property 'hotspot'

South Manchester has been described as one of the north-west's top places when it comes to commercial property, it has been claimed.
Knight Frank has said that the south side's proximity to Manchester Airport and other strong transport links has made the area a favourite location for businesses.
Meanwhile, Atlas Business Park is already attracting investment to Wythenshawe and the south of Manchester, according to the property firm.
Daniel Bourmad, Knight Frank associate, said: "Wythenshawe has become a business location for not only airport-related companies, but occupiers with a global network.
"Atlas Business Park's strength is its strategic location at the heart of the north-west's transport infrastructure."
Last week, Knight Frank said that the central Manchester property market is proving to be a big hit with large companies and overseas investors.
