Semi-rural flats on sale in Rochdale
21/12/2007
Manchester property seekers looking to live in quiet semi-rural surroundings but not too far from the bright lights of the city centre may wish to consider a new apartment in Rochdale.
Redrow's Naden Mill development comprises stone-built two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £145,995.
Naden Mill has easy access to all major road networks including the M66 and M62, which means the development will prove attractive to commuters.
Irene Gifford, area sales manager, said: "The apartments at Naden Mill with their open-plan layout are perfect for most, including first-time buyers, downsizers, young professionals and starter families.
"Although they look fantastic from the outside with the traditional stone and slate roofs they have the facilities to accommodate modern living."
This is not the first Rochdale development by Redrow. A new range of apartments was recently unveiled in the small town of Milnrow.
Known as Church Gate, the development consists of one-bedroom flats, priced at £99,995 and two-bedroom apartments, costing £123,995.
