New sanitisation facilities for private Salford Hospital

The brains behind several Manchester property developments are taking on a new challenge - to build a sterilisation hub for a Salford hospital.
Other north-west hospitals owned by private healthcare provider Ramsey will also be served by the £1.5 million facility.
Ramsey recently awarded the contract to build the medical sanitisation facilities to property developer B and E Boys, which has a solid history in the area.
Other projects B and E has worked on includes a 130,000 sq ft conversion on J2 Industrial Estate in Bury, work on a £1.4 million housing development in Didsbury and building 20,000 sq ft of office space on The Pavilions housing estate in Bury.
B and E Boys is a family-run construction and property development company based in Rossendale.
The business also runs premises, such as Hugh Business Park in Waterfoot, which recently attained a 2,500 sq ft lease by Premier Garage Services, who build show trailers and horse boxes.
