New Rochdale homes to be unveiled

Manchester property seekers looking for a home that is surrounded by countryside but is close to the bright lights of the city may be in luck.
A new range of apartments are to be unveiled in the small town of Milnrow in Rochdale, which is to the north of the city.
The development is known as Church Gate and it consists of one-bedroom flats, priced at £99,995 and two-bedroom apartments, which have a price-tag of £123,995.
Irene Gifford, area sales manager for Redrow, said: "Church Gate is an impressive development offering a range of refurbished apartments and new-build properties.
"The location of Church Gate also means buyers will have the best of both worlds with the development offering the concept of village living but with easy commuting access via train to [....] Manchester."
Interested parties can check out Church Gate on September 29th and 30th, when development firm Redrow will be hosting an exhibition at its onsite marketing suite.
Milnrow, which is at the foot of the Pennines, is ten miles to the north of central Manchester and is close to the M62 motorway.
