Move into Cheetham Hill for less than £1

Homeseekers who reserve a Manchester property at Appleton Gardens in Cheetham Hill can do so for just less than a pound.
Available on selected plots until the end of the year, the £0.99 reservation deal is a way of helping househunters move into a new home before Christmas.
Appleton Gardens by housebuilder George Wimpey comprises three and four-bedroom townhouses and two-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from £131,995.
Karen Witt, sales executive at George Wimpey, said: "Moving in for Christmas is a major goal for many buyers looking for a property at this time of year.
"One of the biggest hurdles to achieving this goal however, is making sure there's enough left in the kitty for the festive season - a notoriously expensive time of year."
Also in Cheetham Hill is George Wimpey's Royal Gardens, which consists of upmarket apartments, townhouses and four-bedroom detached homes.
