The most expensive properties in Greater Manchester have been identified.
According to a survey conducted by house price website Zoopla.co.uk, South Downs Drive in Altrincham was the priciest street, with the average home valued at £1,935,816.
This was followed by Rappax Road and Broadway, both of which were also in Altrincham and had average home values of £1,799,768 and £1,771,184 respectively.
Meanwhile, Altrincham was also identified as the highest value town in Greater Manchester in terms of property prices, with homes in the area costing an average of £308,562.
Commenting on the figures, Alex Chesterman, chief executive of Zoopla.co.uk said: "Despite the current economic climate much of the country's wealth remains tied up in the property market and ... there still remain some pretty eye-watering numbers in this year's Property Rich List."
Zoopla.co.uk is a property website which offers people free market information and tools to help them make decisions about property purchases.
