Manchester property developer predicts growth

A businessman involved in Manchester properties has predicted that his firm will grow in terms of revenue of by the end of April.
Paul Wildes said he anticipates that the Mansion Group will create £31.5 million in annual revenue by the end of April, Crain's Manchester Business reports.
The 33-year-old launched his property career in June 2007 after securing a loan from the Manchester-based property lending team at Barclays.
He said: "They took a real chance with me which is probably something they wouldn't do today, but I like to think we've repaid them. Well, we have repaid them in capital but I hope they think we've done so in terms of faith as well."
The Mansion Group specialises in developing properties and selling them to investors.
It employs 45 people and is currently headquartered in Manchester city centre.
The group owns a number of subsidiaries, including Mansion Capital Partners, Mansion Securities and Mansion Investment Partners.
