Large family homes on sale in Wigan

Brand new townhouses are now available in west Manchester and the housebuilder expects they will attract the attention of young processionals and families.
Known as Evergreens, the Manchester property development is situated in Abram, Wigan and includes three-storey, three-bedroom homes. Second-floor master bedrooms are large and en-suite.
Built by George Wimpey, the site also features three-bedroom semi-detached homes and four-bedroom detached properties.
Sales and marketing director Marie Wilkinson said: "Townhouse living has become more and more popular because it offers a whole host of living options.
"For example, the bedroom on the middle level could easily be used as a study, games room or nursery."
George Wimpey is responsible for 11 developments in north and west Manchester, many of which are in Salford and Radcliffe, as well as the City of Manchester.
