Irlam development 'has universal appeal'
03/12/2007
A new Manchester property development in Irlam, which comprises small and large family homes, as well as apartments, will have universal appeal, it has been claimed.
Charles Church's Fairhills Point is aimed at wide spectrum of buyers, including first-time buyers, downsizer and large families.
The housebuilder has also sought to make some of the homes and apartments attractive to disabled persons, who will benefit from wide doors, lower kitchen units and bathrooms converted to wet rooms.
"There are a variety of plot specific incentives offered on homes at Fairhills Point speak with a sales executive to find out more," said a Charles Church spokesperson, who went on to say that the development is ideal for commuters.
"The development is well placed for access to junction 11 of the M60 and junction 21 of the M6 and Manchester International Airport is nine miles away."
Meanwhile, a new public installation artwork has just been erected in Irlam, thematically based on the town's former key industries of steel and margarine.
