An investment firm has begun circulating details of a number of properties in Manchester, it has emerged.
According to reports in Crain's Manchester Business, Key Property Investments (KPI) has put out a list of 211 Urban Splash properties, which it said it can negotiate a 34 per cent discount on through bulk purchasing.
The apartments are part of 11 separate schemes.
Among the schemes mentioned on the list are Burton Place, Moho and Timber Wharf in Castlefield and Budenberg Haus Projekte 2 in Altrincham.
KPI director Parminder Atwal said: "Urban Splash buildings are some of the best designed you'll ever see. The company has done very well and can be very proud of their efforts. But it's a good time for investors to do deals."
