Homeowners invited to Rochdale new build event

North Manchester homeseekers are being invited to attend a 105 per cent part-exchange event in Smallbridge, near Rochdale.
Hopeful buyers will be able to take advantage of Miller Homes' part-exchange deal at the semi-rural new build development on July 7th and 8th.
If approached with an exchange request, Miller Homes said it will return with an offer for the old house in seven days.
The homebuilder said it would also help buyers by having an independent local estate agent and an independent financial advisor available throughout the weekend event.
Sue Warwick, marketing director, said: "There are many advantages to using part-exchange. You can stay in your old home until your new home is ready [and] there are no estate agents fees."
Miller Homes recently won the Housebuilder of the Year award in a competition run by construction magazine Building.
