Christmas sales deal for Hazel Grove homes
07/11/2007
The development company behind the ongoing Cooper Court housing project in Hazel Grove is offering a range of festive moving-in deals.
Redrow, which is building almost 100 two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom houses in the Stockport village, is hoping to sell many of the properties before Christmas.
Deals include up to £500 a month for 24 months towards mortgage payments, five per cent deposit paid, free curtains and carpets or a moving-in flat-fee of £99.
Barbara Wright, area sales manager for Redrow, said: "We understand that moving house can put a strain on the finances and takes some planning, especially during the festive period."
"[At Christmas] people have so much else going on, so we are doing our bit to make life easier for home hunters."
Prices for an apartment start at £156,000, while two-bedroom and three-bedroom mews and townhouses cost at least £169,950 and £229,950 respectively.
Redrow has previously predicted that a "vibrant" community will grow at Cooper Court, especially as more and more people come to realise that they can live in a peaceful countryside environment but still be close to the bright lights of the city.
Cooper Court is a five-minute drive from Stockport town centre and is less than half an hour away from central Manchester if travelling by car.
